FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What you need to know about film production and finance

Q. What can I expect as a return on my investment in Beyond the Law of Attraction?

A.  Spend a little time at this page and read the information carefully.  It's all there.

Q. What are the guarantees that this is a good investment and that I'll make all my money back plus more?

A.  There isn't any. Anyone who would tell you otherwise would be doing you a disservice.  While we totally and wholly believe in this project, and all of its merits and possibilities, there can never be a 100% guarantee.  What we can guarantee is that it will be a first class production that will do a lot of good in this world.  You will be very proud of your association with us and with the movie.

Q. How do I know that investing in something like this is right for me?

A.  There are a couple of criteria we would suggest.  First, how do you feel about it?  Do you truly see the possibility here, or do you tend to try and "talk yourself out of it..."?  Also, is it something you can comfortably afford to do at this time?  If your answer is the opposite of those two questions, then we would suggest you not participate.  This should be nothing but a fun, uplifting, positive energy project for everyone to share in.  It will not succeed if there is hesitation, negativity, or any kind of "buyer's regret" attached to it.  However, if you truly see and feel the vision, and have discretionary funds available that would otherwise be parked somewhere else, then perhaps this could be just what you're looking for at this time.  The decision is yours and yours alone, and should be based upon your feelings.

Q. How soon do you need the funds?

A.  As soon as possible.  We are already in production and the time for the funding is when the production is shooting, not when it's completed.  We have a very tight schedule in order to meet our March 26, 2009 release date, and we don't want to interrupt production or delay it because of trickling funds! :-)

Q. Can I only contribute the set amounts you've listed? What if I want to contribute more?

A.  A single individual can contribute up to 15% of the total budget.  The total points are broken down into the contributor amounts. So if a person wanted to contribute $20,000 for a total of 2 points in the movie, that person would simply purchase 4 of the half points on the pay page.

Q. What if I don't like the movie when it's done? Can I have a refund?

A.  Afraid not.  Once you're in you're in...  But remember, the president of RCA couldn't stand rock and roll, but he didn't mind cashing the checks Elvis Presley earned for him.  Don't confuse opinion with profit.  Besides, you'll love the movie!

Q. What about taxes?

A.  Whenever you receive a check, you will also receive a statement that you will use as proof of income when you file your taxes.  You will treat your movie money just like any other income, and will be responsible for claiming it on your tax return and deducting the taxes and writing a check to Uncle Sam.  But at the end of the day, it's a great problem to have because it means YOU MADE MONEY!  We report what you are paid annually to the IRS, similar to how a bank reports the interest that you accrue with their accounts.  So you'll want to always pay your portion to the IRS.

Q. How long do I get to participate in the movie's success?

A.  In a word, forever.  There are no "Sunset Clauses" that state that you stop getting paid after a certain time.  As long as Beyond the Law of Attraction is making money, you are sharing in it.

Q. Assuming the movie does well, how soon can I expect the checks to start?

A.  The movie comes out in March '09, and the first regular statement period would be June '09.  But since that is so close to the release date we plan to forgo that first June payment, and instead make a one time special payment in August of '09 on the likelihood of a bigger payout.  Regular payments resume the normal yearly cycle the following June.

Q. Can I pass this investment on to my family, or does it stop when I do?

A.  It is fully transferable.  One of the return papers you will send to us includes next-of-kin info that you will provide and that we will keep on file.

Q. As a financial contributor, am I liable for any company taxes, responsibilities, bills, anything?

A.  Absolutely not.  You are a limited partner and have no responsibility other than the fact that you must pay the IRS the percentage that is owed them personally by you on any income you derive from the movie.

Q. How do we know the film will be a success and that it will sell well?

A.  Again, there are no guarantees.  But every possible effort will be made, using pure Law of Attraction principles, to ensure that we do everything possible to attract the best of everything concerning this movie.  Interviews, production values, the best distribution, everything!  You can rely on the fact that no stone will go unturned as we do everything we can to make this a huge success.  And we've got the Universe and the Law of Attraction on our side.  It'll happen just as it should!

Q. Who are you going to interview?  Who would I know that's going to be in the film?

A.  It's too early to say, but we've got us a list and we're checking it twice!  We will approach every noted LOA practitioner that would be of interest to the general public.  We'll call'em all.  It's going to be fun to see how it all shakes out.  That's part of the magic.  And who DON'T we know that we'll discover along the way?  Sometimes that's even more fun!

Q. I'd really like to be a part of this.  What should I do next?

A.  Visit THIS PAGE and climb aboard.  It's gonna be fun!  And WELCOME!
